The 16-Week COA program is a DIRECT ACTION approach geared to elevating total health and wellness. It's a rare opportunity to work 1:1 with industry leaders, coaches, and former Navy SEALs to create positive and change in your life and join a community of likeminded men in similar situations.

We provide the framework, systems, accountability measures, and mindset tools  proven to accelerate personal development — and propel you toward your goals. We'll work with you over the course of 16 weeks to create an entirely new lifestyle, making your life a lot more enjoyable...and one you're proud of.

The COA utilizes simple, personalized programming and weekly group Zoom meetings in combination with ongoing text, voice, and video support. Our support is what guarantees your results. If selected, you'll be joining a close-knit community of solution-focussed men keeping each other motivated and accountable.
